east village studio

Is that not one of the most appealing lofted beds you've ever seen? It's part of a the design of a space-saving East Village Studio, by Jordan Parnass Digital Architecture.

It's always nice to see a small space that actually looks habitable, and I'm particularly fond of studio spaces that clearly and cleverly find ways to delineate the bedroom from the rest of the apartment. A loft is a fantastic solution, and this one is just so darn nice looking. Also, staircase that doubles as storage? Awesome.
