Theresa Himmer - sequins

Nope, your eyes certainly do not deceive you - these are, in fact, buildings covered in giant sequins. The public works, created by Theresa Himmer on buildings in Reykjavik, Iceland, depict familiar natural phenomena - a volcano, waterfall and glacier - with the use of eye-catching, shiny disks that truly make them stand out. What a wonderful way to brighten up some urban facades.
