emmanuelle moureaux architecture + design

Of all the uses for these buildings, I would never have expected them to be banks, but these are three colorful Japanese branches of the Sugamo Shinkin Bank, designed by Emmanuelle Moureaux Architecture + Designs. Not only are the exteriors a lot of fun, but each branch has its own motif: the top two images are from the Shimura Branch, which features a sort of sunburst/flower pattern, the second two are from the Tokiwadai Branch, featuring a leaf pattern, with the third image from the Nizza Branch, with its colorful squares.
