I love the work of
Emocja design, out of Poland. They make fun and functional products for the home, many of which are customizable by the consumer in some way, especially their lamps.
Their sideboard has holes in the front that let you create your own pattern by inserting different colored pieces of felt.

And a Christmas card that folds to create a light, which gives off beautiful decorative shadows.
