It's been a very long time since I've had to read music. I spent quite a few years of my childhood learning to play the piano as well as many years of school singing in a choir, all of which taught me the basics of it. Sadly, other than a few minor efforts over the years to get back into it, I haven't played an instrument or sight read a song in many years, but finally.'s beautiful short animation, Understand Music, make me want to get back into it.
